We work hard to keep the site accurate and to date our facts, but information, especially pricing, plans, model details and availability, changes frequently and may be out of date by the time you read it. Prices we show may be observed app-store prices or converted USD estimates, and may not include local taxes; they are for comparison only. Always confirm the current figure on the official pricing page and in the official documentation before making any purchase or technical decision. We give no warranty that the content is complete, accurate or current.

3. Trademarks and nominative fair use

“Grok”, “xAI”, “X” and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names only to identify, describe and reference the products we write about, this is nominative fair use. We do not reproduce their logos, we claim no affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship, and our use of the names does not imply any. All other trademarks referenced (for example competitor product names used in comparisons) belong to their respective owners.

4. Intellectual property

The original text, layout and design of the site are our intellectual property. You may read, link to and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish substantial portions of our content as your own without permission. Quotations of official facts (prices, specs) are not ours to own and remain attributable to their sources.
