Primary sources first

Prices, model names, context windows and feature claims are taken from official xAI and Grok pages first: docs.x.ai, x.ai and grok.com. Third-party reporting is used only for context, and is labelled as such.

Confirmed versus reported

A figure is treated as confirmed only when it appears on an official page. Where a number comes from news reporting or an app store listing, it is marked as reported and you are asked to verify it at the official checkout.

Everything is dated

Pricing and model data carry a last-checked date because AI product pages change often. A dated figure tells you how fresh the check is, so you can re-verify if the date is old.

Corrections are welcome

If a figure is stale or wrong, it is fixed. Readers can report an error through the contact page, and the correction is made against the official source.

Independent reporting is used only to add context, and is named where it is used. Marketing language and unverified third-party blogs are not treated as evidence.

How prices and model details are handled

Grok pricing, model identifiers, context windows and rate information change without notice, and can differ by region, plan and checkout route. For that reason, every price and model figure is dated, and the site tells you to confirm the current number at the official page before you spend money or build a budget around it. What we do not do
